What is Giclee Printing?

Giclee, which means "spray" in French, is a cutting-edge printing technique that differs from lithography and silkscreen printing in that it does not use a plate. The original painting is scanned at high resolution and the digital data is printed on the highest quality matte fine art canvas using pigment printing, which boasts high resolution, wide color gamut, and high archival durability.
Giclee is a technique that reproduces subtle nuances such as the unevenness of a work and the texture of the canvas, and most faithfully expresses the artist's unique "color" and "touch."

The giclee print will be signed by Kimura Hideki to mark it as an official work.
